Initially, I stepped into the professional scene through the beauty and wellness industry. This wasn’t just about hair and makeup for me; it was about forging personal connections, understanding the importance of empathy, and dedicating myself fully to every endeavor. After three fruitful years in Central Arkansas, my ambitions took me to Bentonville, where I founded Urban Bliss Salon at the age of 22. This wasn’t just a salon; it was a piece of urban chic in the Ozarks, a testament to my belief in the power of community when it meets a personal touch. However, shoulder surgery in the summer of 2013 made me pause and rethink my direction, leading me to the dynamic world of real estate. Transitioning at 24, I faced challenges head-on, applying my skills in relationship-building and my entrepreneurial spirit to a new realm. My background in cosmetology, surprisingly, gave me a unique perspective on homes and what they mean to people, helping me quickly excel in Northwest Arkansas’s booming market.

By 2022, I was ready to take a bigger leap, founding the Diamond Property Group. By 2023, I had achieved Executive Broker status and expanded my reach by obtaining my Oklahoma real estate license. My work spans helping sellers, buyers, investors, and even those in the luxury and commercial sectors, not to mention full development projects helping to grow our beautiful area. Despite my professional achievements, I stay grounded and connected to my roots, actively participating in local charities, and embracing life in NWA with dancing, boating on Beaver Lake, & enjoying hiking our waterfall trails.
